Hi. Pls if there a difference between a mobile carrier and a mobile operator? I see these terms in articles and documents but I don’t know the difference, Thanx and Merry Xmas.

Carrier and Operator are the same, just be advised that the terms could apply to a company that does wifi or simply furnishes the 3G or 4G network, doesn’t necessarily have to be a cell phone company.
