i just recently got the NEW T-MOBILE HTC HD2. i want to know how to download TWEAKS for my new phone. Can anyone help me in where i can get these apps and how to add it onto my phone?

First you need;

on your PC and then go to;
http://www.freewarepocketpc.net/
