I have been receiving unpleasant text messages. I guess the texter is using a pre-paid SIM card. Any suggestions/tips on how to identify the person or at least relevant information such as his/her location? I’ve already tried to call him/her but the texter is not responding to my call.

Well, this person is obviously and annoying low-life with nothing more to do but text random people with idiotic and unpleasant messages.
If the person has a prepaid plan rather then a billing plan, there’s nothing you can do about them. Instead, I would suggest going to the store where you got your phone and asking them to change the number of your phone because you’re being harassed by a random anonymous caller.
Then WALLAH!, you won’t have to deal with that idiot anymore.
