i have a jailbroken ipod for the tweaks, but now that wpple created the firmware 4.0 i decided to download some cydia apps. Before i download mobile threatre i wanted to know if it was illeagal? and if it is what are the chances of getting caught?

Ok, first of all, it is illegal but safe. and second, there is no chance of you getting caught because it would be stupid. Millions of people are doing this so do whatever u want and everyone who thinks there going to get caught, you wont.
