after 5GB are used ,speed will slowdown very much.is there any tweak to by pass this?my connection is using their proxy to connect

Unfortunately no. The way the internet service provider throttles your speed is completely outside of your control.

Switch carriers to one that allows unlimited access. You could also look for an app.
