Question by uhohitzluke: Can you use the T-mobile Web () and use it to get for the t-mobile MDA?
Im not afraid of modding my MDA because i have no warranty anymore. Also, any suggestions for MDA mods or tweaks that are cool?
Im aware of the t-mobile total internet , but i was just wondering if there is ANY way to use the to get /edge on my MDA

with the mda i was told you had to have a different type of internet for your phone (this is what they told me) and that was almost a month. If you can get it for i would definetly try it but i don’t think it’s gonna be that cheap unless the rep was lying to me and caused me to pay 30 bucks a month for a year till i realized how slow it loaded and wasn’t worth it!

  1. It depends on whether or not T-Mobile has closed port 8080 in your area. If it hasn’t been blocked, then you just have to add a proxy and change a couple of settings to get the $5.99 plan to work. You’ll just have to search to get the settings and where to add the proxy. I don’t remember where exactly I found the info, but you should be able to find it with a search. Just remember that you will not have T-Mobile HotSpot access with the $5.99 plan.
