I decided I would like a nicer phone but on the virgin web site doesn’t say anything about return policy.Does anybody know anything about it?

Sprint was my first cell phone provider. I won’t use them again if they was the only cell phone company left to choose from. They suck. Your bill just keeps increasing even though you arent doing any thing different. They charged me twice in one month and I broke my contract and now I use virgin mobile.

i definitely agree with the first answerer. DONT switch to Sprint. they have a TON of hidden fees, and your bill WILL increase for no apparent reason. they do have great reception, but you should only choose them if youre going for the basic calling/texting plan, and even then, expect a whole bunch of “government taxes”, etc. to appear on your bill. if you plan to get unlimited texting and picture messaging, it would be an extra 20 dollars a month PER PHONE on the plan. eff that!
