The eagle eyed folks over at Engadget Mobile spotted this blue LG Rumor over at the LG booth and discovered that it is indeed the Alltel version of the LG Rumor, rebranded as the LG Scoop. We also went down to check the LG Scoop out, and it is indeed almost exactly the same as the Sprint version, complete with the hidden slide-out QWERTY keyboard and the 1.3-megapixel camera. No pricing and availability as yet, but it looks like the Scoop will come in both blue and orange.
Colours ;
Rumor ; Blue, White, Green, and Black
Scoop; ^ + Orange, and the black ones keyboard isn’t blue it’s grey.

Well the LG rumor and scoop are almost EXACTLY the same. But I would go with the scoop for 2 reasons-
Sprint Service isnt very good.
The colors are way prettier. I dont know if you care about that but its true.
there is no difference…sprint decided to call it the rumor to get some attention and to get people to bur threes instead of other carriers…
The only main differences between the LG Scoop and LG Rumor is the colors offered, networks, and names. The LG Scoop comes in lavender (purple), citrus (orange), slate (black), and turquoise. Where as the LG Rumor comes in blue, lime green, white, and black. The LG Scoop is on Altell Wireless, and the LG Rumor is on Sprint. I hope that this information will help you make a well educated decision on a phone choice. I would also like to recommend the Samsung Rant which is offered by Sprint.
