i have a sony ericsson, the model is W580i, and i have been trying to transfer all my pictures from my phone to the computer with the help of Sony Ericsson PC Suite, but it doesn’t seem to be working. I connected my phone with the USB cord to the computer, but it says my phone isn’t connected…i tried trouble shooting and re-connecting but nothing works. any help??

maybe something is wrong with the usb cord
did u install the program that lets you transfer pic’s????

try blue tooth. used to have the same problem, but then i learned to bluetooth it all. so give that a try
Try to restart your phone and connect the usb cord again.
If this doesent work then you need to buy Nokia:)
easy - I had the same problem - I had XP
what you do is go to the search button and look in you (P [phone] drive or F {depends - just the one that the driver reconises the phone}) they will come up in pictures and “copy” “paste”
to where you want
i had a sharp phone and it didn’t work because my windows wasn’t up to date now i’ve the same phone as you and works because i’ve a new computer anyway it’s either your usb cord or port,your widows or you’ve not put the programe into the computer
the problem might be the following:
usb cord
usb port of your pc
installation of the program
It works with mine. When you plug it in do you click the ‘file transfer’ on your phone screen? Once you plug it in, that should pop up on the screen of your phone. Once your click ‘file transfer’ then you can drag your files from or to your computer!
